AFTERCARE KIT Kit includes cuticle oil, sugar scrub, file, lotion, After care instruction card, a couple business cards to share with others, something Beautyful and something Sweet to thank you for Booking and Re-booking. Kits created to assist in care of your nails so they can have VIP status all the time. DEPOSIT POLICY Deposits are required to secure appointment and WILL NOT go towards the price of the services. Deposits are non refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment if notified before 15 min late window closes. NAIL OFFICE POLICY At the Nail Office you will receive VIP Treatment. To ensure your relaxation NO guests other than those being serviced allowed. Please note mobile services are offered if more convenient. When you arrive text me and I will receive you in the lobby. Prepare to be pampered. AFTER HOURS POLICY Appointments can be requested outside of office hours with a 20 dollar fee added to the service total cost. Please use the Waitlist option to request the time needed or you can use any contact information to reach out. Don't hesitate to say what you need and when you need it. LATE POLICY Again Communication is key. Late past 15 min with no communication results in appointment being cancelled. If Cancelled then cancellation policy goes into affect as well. Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations, rescheduling or adjustments must be made within 24 hours of the appointment booked to avoid being charged 50% of total services requested. Things do happen please communicate but decision to charge will be upheld if deemed necessary.
I hold myself to the same policy if things on my end seem to occur same courtesies will apply and you will be credited 50% of service amount. Guaranteed.
